Before upgrading from Nav 2016 to Nav 2017, a Job Queue Entry with a lower Priority value would run before one with a higher Priority value assuming it was the same Job Queue Category. Not it appears that this is not the case. A Job Queue is a tool in NAV that allows you to schedule a variety of processes and tasks to run periodically.
